bero*fix Solutions

Baseboard cards

The bero*fix product series consist of a baseboard and the so called LineInterfaces. Each baseboard can carry up to two LineInterfaces. The berofix base boards are available as PCI or PCIexpress cards. On the baseboards can be plugged LineInterfaces like ISDN BRI/PRI or GSM.

Main Features:

• PCI 2.2 compliant, 3.3V , also fits in 5V slots but 3.3V needed;
• G.168/G.165 Echo cancellation with echo path change detection, up to 128ms;
• Codec translation: G.723.1 and Annex A, G.729a, G.726, G.711u/a;
• DTMF detection and generation;
• T.38 fax relay (V.27,V.29 and V.17);
• SIP over TCP ;
• DSS1 , EuroISDN conform.

Besides the two versions, PCI and PCI Express which are mounted in corresponding slots on the computer motherboard, the bero*fix baseboards can be purchased in stand allone version. The stand allone version it is composed of a metal housing that provides 1-port Ethernet and powered by a 220V/3.3V universal power supply.

BRI PCI ISDN BN2S0, BN4S0 and BN8S0 cards beroNet provides you with the BNXS0 series BRI ISDN cards, a powerful and flexible solution for the opensource PBX Asterisk. Together with beroNet's Channeldriver "chan_mISDN", which is of course fully developed under terms of the GPL, you can easily add BRI ports to your Asterisk system. beroNet's Channeldriver is based on the new ISDN stack of the 2.6. Linux Kernel mISDN (modular ISDN).

beroNet GSM cards

GSM PCI BN1GSM, BN2GSM and BN3GSM cards beroNet offers with the BNxGSM card series, a powerful and flexible GSM solution for the Open Source PBX Asterisk. Together with our channel driver "chan_gsm", wich is covered by the GPL, you can easily add GSM ports to your Asterisk system. Digital audio quality with noise suppression and echo cancelling is granted by the use of Siemens GSM Modules (Tri-Band 900/1800/1900 Mhz). Optional available are Siemens Modules with Tri-Band 850/1800/1900. Sending and receiving SMS is also fully supported either by the Asterisk Manger interface or the Asterisk CLI. The BNxGSM card series is available with 1, 2 or 3 GSM ports. Each GSM port has 2 SIM card holder, one reachable from outside and one on the rear side of the board. You can hot swap in software between the card holders during operation mode.
